āœ‹šŸ» But remember this. You are not alone! The greatest thing about working in healthcare is the ability to collaborate and connect with other people. We are support systems for each other! ā €

šŸ¤— Surround yourself with positive people and find ways to destress after work. Itā€™s so important to find ways to release that stress. So find a creative outlet, hobby, any interest. And itā€™s totally ok to just have a chill day and do absolutely nothing and binge watch tv shows all day. ā €
