😪 Everyone glamorizes healthcare and that we are all superhuman with a million arms that can do so many things at once. ⠀

😔 But we are human too. We have mental breakdowns, we lack sleep, we lack self care, we are unsure sometimes. ⠀

❤️ Remember that you are not alone!! It’s ok to not know what you want to do - explore your options. It’s ok to be unsure - talk it out with someone. It’s ok to prioritize yourself and your loved ones - that’s important too. ⠀

🙌🏼 Take control of your life and remember that everyone has their own reasons and timeline. Don’t rush the process and do life for you 👌🏻
