💗 Compassion - Nursing is all about giving back to others and helping people at their most vulnerable. People come to the hospital because they are sick, need procedures, or follow ups. They need someone to understand and empathize with them. ⠀

🤔 Questioning Attitude - As nurses we do a lot of critical thinking and connecting the dots. It’s a lot of mind games and thinking what the signs and symptoms can possibly be. It is so important to ask the necessary questions! ⠀

🥰 Passion! - Do nursing because it’s something you are interested in and passionate about or you will drain out easily. Don’t consider nursing for the money, the title, or to be recognized. Do it because you truly enjoy it and want to make a difference. ⠀
