💕 Be kind and thank your preceptors! They usually don’t get paid or given anything extra to teach. It’s mostly from the goodness of our hearts and the passion to educate. ⠀

💉 Take every learning opportunity that you can. And if there aren’t chances for you to practice skills, use the opportunity to at least observe and absorb as much information as you can. ⠀

👤 You represent your school. Set a good example and be professional. Be kind to everyone you meet. They may be your coworkers/managers one day! Make connections with people on your unit. Who knows who may meet 👀 ⠀
