👨👩👧👦 Family Centered Care Representative - NICU is not just dedicated to taking care of the patients. We connect closely with families as well and help to communicate with the family on the care of their baby. ⠀

🧑🏫 Educator - We are involved with teaching and providing resources for the families. Our role as the educator can be to explain the plan of care and interventions for the baby and providing teaching tools on how to care for their baby. ⠀
