➡️ People may assume that once you’re done with nursing school, the nclex and land that job that you’re finally done! No more classes, skills lab, etc!! ⠀

➡️ BUT! Learning will always continue throughout your nursing career. Your hospital may require you to have certifications and be consistent at renewing them (BLS, NRP, PALS, ACLS, etc) ⠀

➡️ You may also have skills labs to brush up or learn new procedures. Some may even offer lecture courses to teach you what you need to know. ⠀
⠀
➡️ No matter how much years of experience you have, there is always something new to learn. Be open minded to new learning opportunities and put yourself out there!
